Beautiful day for a run but felt a little under par today. First 5mins were the longest ever!! Then thankfully things started getting better and I did it yippee 😀 x feeling proud 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️😃 still can’t believe 4 weeks ago I was struggling to run for 3 mins and now I’m up to 25mins!!!!! How amazing 😁

I did this run yesterday and I too was a little under par but pushed on and found it flew. Unfortunately it started to rain about half way through so I got absolutely soaked!
