Hi, completed the dreaded W5R3 this morning and I like a lot of you was dreading it. I initially thought I would do 10 minutes and see how I got on and maybe work upto the 20 minutes over a few runs but to my surprise I dug in and completed the 20 minutes! Its definitely a mental thing and gave me a big buzz when I completed it! So to anybody out there doubting themselves, you too can do it!!

Well done.
I honestly do not understand the fear of this run. It is just another one in avery carefully structured plan which has worked for millions........as you say it is a mental thing.........belief is all.
