Breathing much improved but found increase from 60 second run to 90 second run rather hard, felt long and earphones keep falling out! So annoying will have to get sports ones with loop over ear!!?? Pleased I didn't give in though.🙄

Hey Couch-potato, I just read your first post and you sounded just like me. I am glad to see you have returned. That is half the battle right there! Well done, keep going and try and keep to a routine for your runs. If I can do it (now on week 9) you can too!

Well done - you said it - you didn't give in. You'll surprise yourself by what you can achieve. Definitely get the sports headphones - it was a really good move for me - one less thing to worry about.

I was exactly the same (in fact didn't finish). Did the run again (W2R2) yesterday and was fine so stick with it! Good to know others are having the same issues... I'm feeling the benefits already and it seems to have rebooted my weight loss which had slowed down a bit
Good idea, never thought of getting sports ear phones. Mine are forever falling out. You must keep going though , just slow down if your feeling it tough.....
