Just want to say a big thank you for all your wonderful support in getting me out there again today after my 'challenging' effort in the snow on Monday. Repeated W6R2 today in the SUNSHINE, and it was beautiful to be out. The run was really hard, but I kept thinking about the excellent advice (Thank you especially Tbae) to relax, and keep it slow and steady. Just being out in the sunshine and seeing all those early signs of Spring, saw me through those 2 x 10 mins - what a privilege. Life is sweet, Thank you! See how we go on Friday now with 25 mins and no walking breaks from now on... I'll offer it up and give it my best shot. Thank you again, and happy running everyone x

Your story continues to inspire, and you have even brought the sunshine back to the forum.🌞

The relax is Mentor IT’s and Michael Johnson’s and as you know is not your accelerator, it is a tension remover and trigger to remind you to do it.🤔👍

The slow & steady is Mentor Oldfloss’s well used gem, and I guess the C25k programmes, and as you know is your brake.Remember to make good use of the handbrake, it cannot be a foot brake because I guess your feet are too busy kissing the ground.😂😂

Enjoy It Karen🌟 and keep inspiring us at the Ageless Together C25k , jewel in the crown forum.🌟

I was amusing myself, 😂😂, with descriptions for us Newbies ,

how about Newbie Boot Camp,😂or No Freebies for Newbies.🙈😂

From what I have been told, MJ is a big pussy cat and I am with him and he has not pushed me hard enough.😂😂😂😂

That’s why I have all this time to spend in this wonderful community.🤔😂😂😂

Enjoy and keep bringing your gems and of course taking what you need.🌟

It is an ageless together privilege.

Just keeping bringing your A game and remember your best is your best . Believe in that.🌟

Slow and steady Tbae... it's all going in the bank now - you will reap the benefits many times over when you are finally released from MJ on graduation. Stay safe and well - take that time to smell the roses :) And, Thank you for your continued support x (I've taken to waving cheerfully at the walkers and lamp posts that overtake me on my 'runs'!! Who cares? I don't - we're all just out there doing it :) x

To true and spot on Karen.👍

For amusement yesterday I guessetimated I am

probably somewhere around 2-3 km/ hr and at least I have a chance of smelling the roses at that pace🤔😂😂

I sent you a direct message to alert you to a reply I made under your previous post and hope you saw , even although it was not directly to you.🤔

I hope you have seen the alerted number.🤔👍
