I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone on this forum, I've never posted before however I read all the great posts and advice and thanks to this everyone on this forum I graduated today at my first ever park run. What an amazing feeling! This forum is invaluable, so thank you again. And to anyone just starting out...just do it!! 😊
