Just done a run for the first time in nearly a fortnight. Combination of being busy and beast from the east. Suffered a bit at the end but thought I’d be a lot rustier!

I absolutely do identify with that feeling - but the satisfaction from just saying ‘you know what, I’m going to go for it’ and facing down that next challenge? That’s huge!
Whatever you decide though (and if you’re like me, you might not actually know until you’re heading out the door!), have fun!
I'm hopefully heading out to do Wk5 Run 1 tomorrow night, it's over a week since my last run. I'm hoping plodding through the snow last week has kept my stamina up!!! I run with my husband and I was asking him last time if he can spot the difference between my walking pace and my running pace 😟 Just go for it..............
