Just done a run for the first time in nearly a fortnight. Combination of being busy and beast from the east. Suffered a bit at the end but thought I’d be a lot rustier!

Just think I need to do Week 5 Run 1 once more (done it twice already) before moving on to Run 2

If you’ve done it once, you’re ready to move on - but I know it can be hard to believe it! Be brave and take the plunge... ;)

I’m planning the next run for Thursday; decisions, decisions!

I absolutely do identify with that feeling - but the satisfaction from just saying ‘you know what, I’m going to go for it’ and facing down that next challenge? That’s huge! ;)

Whatever you decide though (and if you’re like me, you might not actually know until you’re heading out the door!), have fun! :D

I'm hopefully heading out to do Wk5 Run 1 tomorrow night, it's over a week since my last run. I'm hoping plodding through the snow last week has kept my stamina up!!! I run with my husband and I was asking him last time if he can spot the difference between my walking pace and my running pace 😟 Just go for it..............
