No, I didn’t do C25k on a bike but today, after everything, I finally did my W9r3 and have graduated! It was worth waiting for, and just goes to show- it may have taken me slightly longer than the 9 weeks ( ahem!) but the programme gets you there in the end. Completed 4.6k in the 30 mins, so 5k is the next target! Now to get my new trainers (yes, been thwarted there too!) and move on into parkruns and beyond! (But always slow and steady).
With real grateful thanks for all the advice given and also the inspiration from everyone embarking on their road to fitness- we are awesome!

Well done you, too! Feels great doesn’t it? No, thankfully, I really am a complete wuss when it comes to snow and ice, so I waited until it had all gone! Even got bits of blue sky here 😎
