So cold, just one degree but the wind chill brought it down to sub zero! A couple of mugs of tea and some muesli (hate the bloody stuff) to give me some fuel and it was off at the crack of sparrow with some Hi Viz on. Nothing else, just Hi Viz. No wonder it was cold! As I explained to the nice police officer, "I've just finished my C25K course!"

"Well done," he said, "you're nicked!" No sense of humour!

Anyway, I've never let the truth get in the way of a good story but hey, whatever, we did it! YEAH! And it was "we" because I couldn't have done it without all the help and encouragement of you lot. Thanks - put very simply, it's changed my life.
