Graduated...at last!!

I finally graduated this afternoon after a couple of bumps along the way. I did wk3 4 times, then had to take 10days off after w9r1 due to illness.

I'm still pretty slow, so my plan is to keep to the 30mins until I get closer to 5k, then dip my toes in to some parkruns.

Thanks for all the great tips and advice.

Well done 👏 and don’t worry about taking longer than 9 weeks. It took me about 14 to finish the course, due to weather and illness and other distractions. You’ve established a good set of running muscles now. Enjoy the feeling of achievement 😄

Congratulations 🎉 You must be so pleased!! I'm not doing too good, have had to stop after run 2 of week 2 due to sore knees ☹️ So frustrated. Going to focus on getting knees strengthened up & have a go again in a few weeks time. Can barely walk today never mind run ☹️

Well done - and on the weight loss. And navigating bumps on the way. 🤝
