ok, so today this happened!! I'm not the fastest and i have done all my training on the treadmill so my next aim is to get outside when the snow disappears and increase my speed! for a complete couch potato and I am very overweight, I am extremely proud of myself right now!! I've lost over a stone already and dropped a dress size! if i can do it, anyone can!! 😁🏃😇
