Delighted - dealt with a few side stitches towards the end of my 3 min run and legs felt a bit weak during my cool down but I've done it and onto week 4 πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈβœŠπŸ»πŸ˜ŠπŸπŸ“ˆ

Congrats, now for a bigger challenge for both of us. As I said I will face that when I get my shorts on and running shoes out.

Brilliant. Well done :). Wish I could back to it...Grrrrrr.

1/3rd of the way through, well done you. Stitches can be a pain, but stay hydrated and keep the slow steady pace in W4 and you will be fine
