me vs alarm clock (4:0) - but it's fighting hard, I finally got out there at 5.40am.
This morning my body woke up, but not my brain. I wasn't thinking almost at all. I realized that running became a little bit easier. I don't sweat so much, but it's probably because I'm freezing cold and I still couldn't feel my tights.
Is waking up early in the morning ever getting easier? Or it will be always a neverending war with huge battles that are won just about?
I am happy fo finish week 4 and kin of curious how my body react to the next week challenge.
Happy running!

You will be good. You have got this.Gremlins do not like running.RSPSPE🤔Relax,Start Positive,Stay Positive,Enjoy. Not RSPCA, that’s for your dog.🤔😄Slow and steady and slower when required.👏👏
O well done you! I would struggle at that time in the morning especially at this time of the year!! Mind you a run fair sets you up for a great day!!! Onwards & upwards to week5😊😊
I really liked running after work to clear my head and relax, prepare for the rest of the day, but life / tiredness / chores / laziness were coming in the way too often.
Morning lovely Iga. Another super run completed, fabulous.
Hopefully by being out there early you managed to beat the snow❄️❄️❄️
I think you are right about not over thinking things!
My son gets up really early every day. 5 am usually, then an hour of yoga and meditation, out for a run or a walk. Back for breakfast by about 7.30. It’s a routine he now has had for a couple of years, so I think getting up early must become a mindset eventually.
Well done👍 getting up early does get easier but it takes a while for your body clock to reset in that mode. If you're getting to bed early enough it will be quicker 😁
