So happy. Week 4 completed. The last 5 min run has not gotten a whole lot easier though so I'm worried in won't be able to do all of week 5 but fingers crossed!

You'll be fine Perks!!!! No worries. The programme is incremental so it builds slowly to make sure you're up to it when the time comes. Just take it steady and listen to Laura. She won't let you down

Just don't go too fast and you will be fine.

Well done. :) I've just completed w4 last night :) I bet you'll be amazed at just what you are capable of achieving so give it a go and see. At the end of the day, there is no issue in repeating w4r3 once or twice more if you feel it will help build your fitness / stamina levels before moving onto w5 but I would say give w5 a go, you may just surprise yourself :) Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Week 5 is definitely achievable. Even the third run (20 minutes) has a reputation it really doesn't deserve. You have done the preparatory work and trained up to it so try not to worry and just enjoy the challenge. It's a major turning point in the programme and you will feel a sense of satisfaction at the end of it. Good luck and best wishes.

I second what Fitmo says: you will be ready for it. Take it slowly, remind yourself as you gasp and wheeze just how much fitter you already are, and before you know where you are you'll be looking back at that 20min run as a hurdle crossed. All the best with it!
