Well I didn't want two days off this weekend! Up and out running at 9am - loved it. Leo missed his Sunday morning snuggles. First 3 min run was hard - but it got easier as the runs flashed by! Roll on Tuesday!

Good work Djraw! And aw, the lovely Leo! I am enjoying his take on C25K. What a cutie.

Thanks Sadie - he is my running partner, couldn't do it without my best mate by my side!
