Back on couch to 5K and loving it!

I first attempted the C25K about 9 months ago but then hurt my knee when doing high impact aerobics. I've since began low impact exercises, lost weight and am about to start week 4. I look forward to each run and the fact I'm doing these in the freezing temperatures is something I could never have imagined! I've bought myself a Buff-like mask ready for this cooooolllld week to prepare myself. I've also learned that I much prefer to run outside instead of using a treadmill. Looking forward to joining my local Parkrun soon :)

Welcome back.

The guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... may be helpful.

The guide was very helpful, thank you! I’m hoping to have a gait analysis and invest in running shoes next payday 😁
