I think it’s quite normal to have aches and pains in the first few weeks... our bodies are in shock! 🤣🤣
If it is specifically your feet though (and if you haven’t done this already) then consider getting some new running shoes after having a gait analysis done at a sports shop (not scary, honest)

Think snail... and travel slowly... think gently and try to land as lightly as you are able... you are doing fine...warm up well, stretch after every run and give those feet some TLC too
