So for the 2nd time I have completed Wk5 2r due to being ill,and started back at W1. Dreading the 3r but looking forward to getting to Wk6. I am still here, and dipping in and out to see everyones progress.

Hi Rosemel! I've just done the same on week 3. But it doesn't matter if you've had to rerun (actually rerun!!!) to week 5 again because they're all runs banked into your legs, so just take it steady and I'll see you at the finish line...although you'll have time to get yourself a few coffees while you wait...😆
More annoyed that I had to re-run all runs, though I could have started at wk3, but och whats the rush ha ha. But yup I feel all the runs have not been a waste and are all in the bank. Anyway big pat on the back for both of us. Coffee!!! Maybe a large GnT
Thats the way I will probably approach it on the day. Failure is in the head not in the legs. And if I do fail and I will keep on doing it until I can. Cheers
