I'm still here, w8r2 completed this morning. Not ran for 9 days so was a little worried how I would do but I did it. Got up and just went, hubby thought I was a bit mad as its boxing day but I knew I just had to go. Did my usual route and actually managed to increase my pace not sure how as it felt like I was slower than normal but I covered more distance. Hopefully get another run in this week to complete week 8 and get on with week 9 and graduate, was hoping to finish for new year but life just gets in the way.

Hope you all had a fabulous christmas πŸŽ…πŸŽ‰πŸŽ„πŸ˜‰πŸ˜˜

Well done you, fantastic effort. You’re nearly there, only 4 more runs till you graduate. Completing C25K in the New Year will be a great reward for you. Look forward to seeing your posts. Keep up the good work πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ₯³

Good for you, I'm jealous. I haven't been able for run for a week now. I'm not sure I'm looking forward to dragging all this Christmas blubber around the streets when I get home at the weekend πŸ˜•

Good to hear you are OK and well done for getting in a Christmas run. I just couldn't get out and feel very blubbery (in a whale sense not tearful!). New Year or thereabouts graduation will be amazing! Yea. πŸ‘πŸΎ

Great run after your extended break, sounds like you benefitted from the rest. W9 in week 1 of 2020 will be a great graduation while others try to start their new year resolutions

Good for you. Really tough to find 30 minutes for running at the minute, so you've done well.

You'll start 2020 with a graduation run, so in my book, that's a pretty good way to start the new year!

Glad you got a run in, it’s a busy time of year to fit them in but spring is coming and lighter evenings with less rain will get us out there more often

Thanks for all the positivity, my new years resolution will be to complete c25k and I will lol with only 3 more runs it might just be a resolution I'll manage to keep. Feel utterly amazed at myself for doing this and really hope I continue as I'm definitely fitter than ever, still just as chunky but it wasnt just about weightloss. I'm positive in mind too and happier especially as I am not tied to a crap diet, I'm free to eat what I want guilt free. My husband is proud of me too which feels amazing. I'm not just becky the mum, or becky the nurse I'm also becky the runner who really enjoys half hour out in the fresh air on my own with my own thoughts. Also going to get out on my bike and clock up the miles once weather improves. Happy new year 😊
