First alarm (5a.m.) - 'No f..king way!'

Second alarm (5 min later) - 'I said NO!'

Third alarm: 'Why did I set up so many alarms?'

8th (or so) alarm: 'Damn, if I won't stand up now, I will not have enough time to run. Last call... I am mental'

Brain using all the power to move your limbs and body from the cosy, warm bed, out to... 'Hell! Was I teleported to Antarctica?!' Ufff... Managed to localize my running clothes, prepared the evening before. 'Why the hell are they cold as I would keep them in fridge?!' Again test of will - passed. Quick warmup, opened the door, and... a wall of freezing air hit me. Will test - passed. Started my tracking earlier, so it included warmup walk, as I couldn't imagine fidling with my phone.

'Move, move, move. Don't stop! It's too cold to stop. Move your arms and hands. Oh, finally first run - I hope it will warm me up'. Cold air went into my lungs more rapidly than I expected, but it wasn't as bad as it could have. Nice and easy. Time for walk break. 'No, I don't want to slow down, I'll get cold. Hurry, next run, please.' Another run came just when I started to feel cold. 'So nice and warm when I run :)'

Another cooling down walk. 'Hey, I don't feel my thighs O_O' So another two runs were easy on my legs. Last run: 'Ooo, it's dawn. :) Too bad I had to turn with my back to it Spring is coming, so soon I will witness sunrise :)'.

Came hime, quick stretching, as I was a bit late due to too many snoozes. Quick shower, put my glasses on and my brain gave me huge boost: ' I am female Clark Kent' :D

Happy running for all morning, afternoon, evening, and night superheroes!

Keep going Superwoman Iga! You have so got this now!

If you can go out in the cold and dark as you are doing, think how much easier it will be in spring 🌞

Oh, well chuffing done you! I woke at 6.20am (having been awake half the night) and had much the same battle, this morning. I eventually got out at 6.55am for a quick 25 mins. NO WAY could I have got up any earlier. My limbs were literally clawed into the mattress :) But you? Absolute superhero you are :)

I think today was just a hard day to get out of bed for us. But you did it! Congratulations! 6.20 or 6.55 - doesn't matter! You went out there and run! Well done! You are superhero as well!

No, uh-uh :) . Any fool (a.k.a. moi) can scrape themselves out of bed after 6am but 5am?!! That's on a different level - you've got to be some kind of amazing to do that!! Especially in this weather! You are doing just great :)

Thnak you very much :)

But do NOT diminish your actions or I'll come and give you a solid kick in the bottom! You are doing great! Just admit it ;)

Don't ask me how, as I have no idea. I just hope I'll be able to persevere. It was only 1 week, but I have this great feeling of achievement. The only drawback is that afternoons I feel tired. Not sure weather it's because of early wake ups or something else. Well, I did struggle with falling asleep, so maybe this is the culprit.

Anyway, I plan to keep up with my morning runs and I believe my body will adjust and give me back my afternoons :P
