New runners!!!

Well I bit the bullet and got the gait analysis done. Managed to get some decent trainers which fit great although I’ve had to go up a size and now it feels like I’m taller lying down than I am standing up!!!

Went out and did w5d2 but didn’t really feel great during it and no surprise stopped on the last 8 minute run. I restarted after a few seconds but I should’ve listened to my body and run tomorrow. Oh well onto bigger and better things with a 20 minute run the end of the week!!!

Sassy shoes, demand slow and steady... so everyone can marvel at them:)

Ooooh they look good! It’s common to take a size larger in running shoes. Room for your wee toesies to spread on longer runs. 😀

Great running shoes, now just slow down a bit and that 20 minute run will be fine. :-)
