Feel a bit disappointed in myself as I stopped at 10 min mark and walked for 2 minutes while I gave myself a talking to about slowing it down! But then I carried on until the end. It was even harder as I forgot my headphones so all I had to focus on was how close to dying I felt!! Haha!
Got new trainers today though, and they were super comfy! My knees don’t hurt post run for the first time ever!!

You did really well. Only a 2min walk is excellent. 20 mins is a big jump and i bet if u had your music to distract you, you would of done it! Dont be disappointed look at the progress you have made! Well done you! Xxx
Have a rest day, get your music sorted and go again...you know you want to😆
Warm up well, then start to run really really slowly, your coach will tell you when each five minutes is done...stay slow and just keep going.. once you get past ten minutes, don't stop running, you haven't finished....push slowly on..
You will be able to do it, and tonights run will have helped you too..
Good luck and its great that you have got your new running shoes. 😊x
I was struggling to hear Jo from my pocket! I think I always start too fast but I can cope with that when they’re shorter runs. Definitely something I need to work on! My Strava showed me that I went quite fast too...
Well done. You did it. Only 2 mins to refresh yourself is brilliant. I see loads of different experiences on here and one thing ive learned is although we are all in this together we all have our different journeys. I know you will do this 😉
