I can't believe it. I was dreading W3R1. After a painful first two weeks then illness preventing running for 3 weeks I seriously thought I wouldn't be able to do the 3 minute runs in W3 and considered repeating W2. So glad I didn't; I really noticed an increase in stamina and a quicker recovery period. For the first time in my life I actually enjoyed running and selected a happy face after the run.
