Last week ahead. I found last run of week 8 the easiest and breathing much better. I even increased pace in last 5 minutes. Really struggled with panicking in breathing w8r2 so it was good to finish on a high this week. I definitely seem to prefer night runs

You only need run very slowly. No need to hurry or push. That way your breathing stays constant rather than getting ragged. If you breathing is ragged its a sure sign youre pushing too hard. No need to push at all.

Keep plugging away with your runs and you'll be fine. Running at night suits me too. I am lucky to be able to run at times to suit me but running in the dark is fine by me. I do appreciate the daylight hours though and running in spring and summer is lovely and such a welcome relief after the coldness of winter.

Good luck, and have fun out there. Slowly!!!!
