Week One - Newbie!

Hi everyone, I started Couch to 5K yesterday, completing run 1 after not running in a long time. Admittedly I was scared to begin with and could feel myself trying to put it off but once I was outdoors I pushed through and at times did find it difficult but I completed day one of week one! Today is my rest day and I'm really excited to get out again tomorrow

As well as getting back into running I'm also trying to maintain a healthier diet so look forward to tracking my progress in both areas throughout the next nine weeks!!

Well done you. Arguably the first one is the hardest because it takes courage to start. You're now up and running, literally!

Wow you can totally do this ! Just don't look ahead apart from this week!

I did 25 mins yesterday and could barely do 2 mins continuous when I first started 6 weeks ago!

I don't like running actually... 👎😱 but this plan is really helping me along the way!

good on you the first step is always the hardest. Looking forward to reading when you graduate...
