Starting c25k again today after a 4 year gap year! Will be 60 in June so feel time is running out to catch this so called 'running bug'. Any tips!

Welcome back😊plenty of time before 60, which by the way is new 40s😂😂attitude of mind😂, the running bug will have kicked in by then, im 60 and keep coming back so i must have a bit of the bug having graduated twice😂.
Follow the program trust it & believe in your self you can do this, running as much about positive thinking as physically running, take your rest days, and mist important slow & steady its nit a race. Keep reading & writing posts as tips & motivation from it is what helps us all!! Imagine all that running gear pressies for your 60th😊🏃🏻♀️😊🏃🏻♀️
