Don't over think your next run just get on with it the way you have all the others ... put on your running shoes and run till your coach says stop, simples!
Seriously though, this program prepares you for each run so you'll be fine, you can definitely do it.

Hi Bev, as Wizziewood says, its just the next run. You can do it. You have a couple of days rest so, by Wednesday will be ready to attack it.. in a nice and slow and steady manner😎x
Take it slow and steady and just run with your coach in your ear. You will be surprised that your body is ready for the next run. It's just the gremlins poisoning your mind that will try to stop you - don't listen to them, and you'll be fine.
