So I did the week 5 20 min non stop run tonight despite making excuses for myself as to why I shouldn't do i-, too cold, too tired, first day back at work after holidays last week, found 2 x 10 difficult so don't bother with 20......
And I did it. Snails pace but non stop and the sense of achievement is massive ππ

Well done you! The 20 min run is a terrible beast in your mind, but the achievement feeling after it is fantastic, you thoroughly deserve that feeling! and you can keep going, you can do it, we know you can... Keep it up!
