I did W6R2 this morning, and once again found it tough to get into a running rhythm then have to slow down for three minutes then start running all over again.
But I am glad to have got it done.
I wonder how I'll get on running 25 minutes non-stop, but I guess I'll find out during the week!

It's amazing isn't it - Laura tells us we can do it & we can. I don't always listen to her (sometimes use my own music) but I will for W6R3 for her advice on the first long run. Thanks for your encouragement.
Thanks muzikalbadger, it's nice to have you a run ahead of me so you can tell me what it's like! So glad to see the end of intervals & pleased to have got this far.
I found this run surprisingly easy and actually started to enjoy it near the end! I even had a bit extra for the last minute you can do it!! Just relax, take it slow and steady and enjoy!
