I cannot believe that I managed it. To all you people still in bed, it’s a beautiful day out there, well, it is in the South of England anyway!! Had my first stitch today, but right at the end, so I guess that’s lucky. Hubby on spinning bike, so, Sunday, we’re coming to get you! Have a lovely day everyone

Well done.
Watch out for W6R1. It catches many people out.
Keep grinning.

Well done you, I too have just completed W5R3. Whilst it wasn't a breeze it was easier than I expected. Onwards and upwards..
And well done to you too. It seems such a jump up from w5r2 doesn’t it? But I am amazed that it works, somehow! All the best for w6r1
I've just done my W5R3 and found it very hard. At the 10 mins mark I had to change my speed on the treadmill, only doing 0.5kph faster than my walk! Although I'm happy, I'm wondering if it's cheating a bit going so slow! My breathing has been very difficult to control in week 5. Legs are okay but I just get out of puff after about 8 mins.
Thank you! Feel proud for having done it, I'm figuring the speed will come later but I was soooooo slow! Lol. Any tips on breathing?
