I love Mr Blue Sky - it was performed really well at the last ever( outdoor) school concert of my youngest child ( before she left & went off to uni) - it will always be a special memory. ๐
...and 'Look down' from Les Mis - nothing like all those poor blokes hauling in the boat in the savage sea to make you realise running is not such hard work after all!! ๐
I celebrated graduating by making my first run list. I listen to a wide variety of favourites but there is something fun about running to jazz - ( currently Dave Brubeck and Glen Miller) - it sort of makes me want to dance along! Skyfall is great for the cool down 5 mins - 'This is the end...'๐
Anything blues rock influenced, preferably played by long haired men from the southern US states through stacks of Marshall amps. Loudly. Pop music would make me run into a tree or self harm.
The one that really gets me moving is Satisfaction by Benny Benassi. I find I have to run in time with the beat and my fastest km is always the one where that plays.
