Hooray, hoorah. I ran for 30 minutes, last night. Only got 3.6km during that time but to think I couldn't run even 3 minutes, 6 months ago...! My calves are frightfully tight but I'll get a massage on Saturday (how decadent!) since stretching doesn't seem to help very much. I already have planned how I'll continue to progress, once I graduate, since I have the unpleasant tendency to achieve a goal and then slack off.

Well done only one to go to enjoy the glorious views on the podium. Itβs a great idea to have a plan post graduation. I share your unpleasant tendency too, so marshalled all my organisation skills to make sure I stayed the course post podium euphoria.
