Well done, and if you completed week 1 you WILL be ready for week 2, no need to keep repeating runs if you have already done them π
I had to repeat week 1, as it was only the 3rd run where I ran the full eight 60 seconds.
If I can't run the 60 I wouldn'tbe able run the 90. As pointed out on the forum
If I can complete Tuesdays 60's then I'll move onto wk2... I'm listening to my body.
