OMG really hard run tonight, but did it. Cant believe that i am really going to Graduate this Friday.. Get that i am, Mrs Positive. This programme is truly about stamina building and getting rid of the "I can't thoughts and listening to Laura when you want to scream how many minutes, when she says "you have ran for five mins "and sounds really pleased when it feels like you have done 15 mins. I am not going to achieve 5K on Friday more like 2.1-2.4 miles but I will accept that with a big fat whoop. Over weight and over forty ,if i can do this anyone can. REALLY.... So keep going everyone.
