Just completed the first long run!!! :-)

Felt like I wasn't going to make it after the first 5mins but stuck with it, slowed my pace for the next 5, and before I knew it I had completed the run. Looking forward to week 6.

Well done. I'm in awe! I don't know how I'm going to manage that one having just made the jump to 5 mins on W4! You should be very proud.

Good to hear you are getting there jomcc4 - 5 mins running is no mean feat. Just stick with the plan and it WILL get you up to 20 mins in no time. It's all down to mental attitude - you CAN do it!

Week 5 Run 3 done :)

However got up and my iphone was dead!!!!

No podcast, No Laura :(

So I did my 5 min walk to the same spot and run for 22 mins (just to be on the safe side), this felt easier that Week 4 Run 3.
