Hi everyone I’ve just finished my very first run, not run much before so looking forward to slowly progressing to the full 30mins or running

Well done fantastic getting started the first run is the worst as you feel awkward and self conscious I’m on week 2 and already have got used to people being able to watch me walk/ run 🏃‍♀️ you’ve got this 👍😊

I often dart off up side paths if I see people. They probably see me anyway, but I’m working on the ostrich principle: if we don’t make eye contact then they can’t see me 😁
