This is what I have been doing guys basking in the ambience.
I completed my last run of week 9 last weekend with no problems(ok maybe a little tired) but who wouldnβt be I did run for 30 minutes, well actually I pushed the boat out and ran for 53 minutes (wanted to know how long it would take me to get to 5k) well now I know.
I am as pleased as punch, I never thought I would be able to do this program but listening to the fantastic words of wisdom from those that have successfully completed this program and gone on to enjoy their new hobby, I am truly grateful πππ
What shall I do now that is my question for you. My plan is definitely to carry on running 3 times a week, I was thinking 2 30 minute runs and a longer one at the weekend.
Iβve signed up to my local park run and got my barcode (although I have to say Iβm a bit scared π to go there just yet)
