I’m a happy bunny today as this is the first time I’ve managed to run with only 1 rest day with no ankle/heel pain so although I was only jeffing 8/5/8. I managed those two runs with no pain 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Onwards and upwards. I’ll try to run/jeff again on Tuesday and see how I go. Happy running everyone 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

I have ankle issues preventing me running at the moment and would be really grateful to hear how you overcame your problems. Many thanks for your advice!

I’ve had issues for quite a while and I finally went to see a sports physio specialist. He did some treatment and exercises. It started last August I think and I finally went to physio in February I think costly but worth every penny. But we’re all different but I’d definitely say go to the professionals either dr or physio in the first instance.

Thank you, I saw a podiatrist who diagnosed peroneal tendinitis. It started in January and gradually improved but it came back when I started running again, even though I went back to the beginning of the programme. Maybe a sports physio would be able to help. I’ll give it a try.
