Running after bad cold

I have a really bad cold and feel so knackered - headaches, runny nose, cough, dizzy spells, you name it. That means that I haven't been running since Tuesday and that makes me so disappointed. Might have a slight addiction problem already... What do you think - when can I start running again?

When you feel well. There is no point running when you are under par. You will not lose much noticeable condition until you have not run for about two weeks, as is mentioned in the guide to the plan. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
