I can't actually believe it. I am so so proud of myself and frankly AMAZED. Amazed I've made it to week 5, amazed I've ran 20 minutes solid but most of all amazed how much I love running!
I mean I just ran down the hill and back again. And it went so quick! The last 2 minutes were hard but I kept thinking come on Sarah you can do this. Think of your weight loss think of the achievement.
Any one worried about week5 run 3 don't be. Sanjeev is totally right you are fit enough to do it it's just the mind and once you tell the mind to shut up you hit the 20! Wooohooooo now... sleep ha
