I just ran for 20 minutes!! I have had problems with my hip and a bad cold and it's taken me 12 weeks to get here ... but I did it! So pleased with myself. I think I've earnt my tea and biscuits today 😊

Heck, make it two biscuits, you have totally earned it! Well done - it seems really daunting beforehand, but what a great achievement! It made me feel confident for the first time that I’d be able to make it to the full 30 mins. Go you!
