W5R3 - 20 minutes! I did it!

Oh my God, I did it!

Thank you so much to everyone for your support on this forum (especially after my little rant after Run 2...see my last post).

Had a really stressful, headache-y day at work and currently buying a house (a horrible process that's been going on for months and months and months because of various issues) and today it just felt so good to run off all my stresses!

I RAN 20 MINUTES!! Oh my goodness, for 5-weeks-ago me to say that would just be laughable - this is amazing!

Well done yourself!! Good luck with Week 5 - if I can do it, you can too! :)

Not going to think ahead, just going to take each run as it comes. 5 mins sounds more doable than 20 at this stage ;-)

Yup - understood! This time last week I was over the moon to have run 5 minutes!

Ha ha! Doing a little dance of joy for you. Well done. I bet that was a blast!

Yep, nothing quite so stressful as a house move negotiation. It does your head in at times so getting out for a run will be worth its weight in gold

Take care with your final few runs, go very steadily and you'll be fine

Good luck and have fun!

Well done. I'm on week 7 but I think completing that run is just the best feeling of the programme so far for me.

Keep it going 😃😃

Thanks - I will! :)

Congratulations! I did W5R3 this morning - feels good, right? :D

Yep, I did run 1 last night, and despite it being quite hot and muggy even at 7.30pm, I kept up a steady pace throughout the running sections.

Thanks! I finished off W6 with Run 3 tonight :) I enjoyed Run 3 more than Runs 1 and 2, which was unexpected!
