Got to admit I was slightly nervous about this one as my previous attempts at c25k Iβve had to walk through the 5 minute run. Not today though....kept remembering why Iβm doing this and it got me through! Happy πββοΈππͺπΌβΊοΈ

I don't know about you, but it took a while for my brain to accept keeping on going. I would find myself wanting to stop just because I wanted to stop - not because I needed to! I used to have to constantly distract myself from the "want to stop" gremlins. Now my brain believes that I can keep going- yours will too. π
