I was running what seemed like 2 mins, then I was told it was 7 mins and I had 60 seconds left. How did that happen? Its 4 degrees outside. I didn't feel it at all

That’s great- why does that last minute take so long to end though?!
Ah that is the well known anaesthetic effect. You will see many of us talk about being running addicts, you've just had your first bout of addiction I think. Welcome to the club, and now an indecent interest in all things lycra follows!
Well done you in this temperature too!
I think I am addicted. On my days off I keep thinking about running. I can officially run for 8 mins. Don’t know if I can do the 20 mins on the next run. I will give it a try
Magic.. and you..getting stronger by the run.. well done!
Well done, and you look amazing! I’m afraid Hidden is right about the lycra fetish. Neon colours, Mr Men, unicorns, galaxies, zebra stripes. And jackets with flashing lights. And dont forget an abundance of strange socks. I’d better shut up before Im tempted.
Seriously you are doing fantastically well x,
Nooooo! Ssssshhhhh! You are making me think about the dreaded shopping! 😂
Heehee 😂😂😂
Thanks. What’s good about Lycra?
How did you manage that - it's never happened to me! Jealous! 😄
What a wonderful feeling! But don’t be too disappointed if it doesn’t happen with every run. Sometimes Nirvana can be elusive 😄
I worked it out. If I listen to a song that lasts 3 to 4 mins, then 7 or 8 songs will last the 20 min running time. Also I looked on YouTube and the advice was after the first 10 mins, it will get easier
