First time I used Laura and not my own music and it wasn't as much fun. Hip hurt as been carrying baby all day so lots for stretches needed before the last one and to move my lower back.. better fitness though and 3 minutes feeling ok. xx

Well done - some gentle stretching will definitely help. Never tried Laura, just me and Michael 😏

Hey Michele

It's the New Oldie (Jo). We are both on week 3, though I'm only on run 1 - completed today. Started off thinking I definitely couldn't run for 3 minutes. and then I did (twice!).

Hope your hip feels better. My knees are worrying me but am hoping I can carry on.
