So pleased to have completed week 4 run 4 that I could hop skip on to a stone and cross the sea river ahead instead of turning back. The stone tipped and I went sprawling into the water. How pride comes before a fall. Luckily not far from home so a very soggy walk back. No vows today. Just a pile of muddy wet clothes
