Week 3 done and dusted

Funny thing. I completed the first 90 second run, week 3,run 3, thinking I had just done the three minute run and relieved that I was feeling so good after running 3 mins, then disappointed when Sarah Milligan said I had just finished my 90 second run. But I think I found today a teeny weeny bit easier today. Starting week 4 on Friday! Argggh! Bit worried 😯.

Don’t be worried. You’re doing great! Trust the program, it doesn’t ask you to do anything you’re not ready for (even if WE don’t think we’re ready)🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Time goes haywire when you’re running 🏃‍♀️ 5 mins fly and 60 secs take a lifetime 😆
