Excellent pace for 6Km. That’s very impressive. I bet if you slowed your pace back to a 7 min per 1Km pace you would have no problem doing 10K. Very well done again.
Thank you. Not sure about slowing down as I already feel like I'm going slowly. My pace varies wildly during my run, mainly due to hills, but I always seem to average around 5:45 per km. Last night the first km, which is all slightly downhill, was 5 minutes dead, whereas the 4th km which is back up the hill was nearer 6 mins.
