Graduated at last!

Graduated on 4th August, just before my 45th birthday! After getting to wk 9 run 1 and then injured my legs so had to stop for a couple of months so having to restart from scratch, really chuffed I've managed to complete on my second go at it. Not bad for someone who has done no sport since school. Loving running and thankful to James Dunne's You Tube channel to keep strong and injury free

Thank you Yes I was looking at Parkrun but unfortunately it coincides with my daughter's swimming lesson which is a real shame.
