First run for 10 days of manflu, I'm going to struggle to get out as often as I'd like, I've just got my third foster child, I now have an eight year old, a three year old and a 4 day old baby. 🤤 happy running friends.

Oh my goodness, you are going to be busy. And I’m sure you’ll need to dedicate some time to settling the baby in. I hope it all goes well with the children, but if you can find time for your running every now and again I’m sure it will be good for you.

Glad to hear you're feeling better, just in time by the sounds of it. Congrats on the new family member. Life has just got a little more chaotic, but in a wonderful new way 👶

I admire you, how wonderful to offer love, security and hope to children who have not had the best start in life. Try and get a little run in now and again if you can 😊

Oh my gosh Martin, how wonderful on the fostering, such a lovely thing to do for these little ones. Are you doing this alone, or do you have help....? Although, none if that is my business, but I only ask in the nicest way and not to pry. Oooh, wonderful, best news for me today 😊🤗

Glad you did the run top, that's an added bonus xx

Hi Beth, I have my Mrs to help, although she works full time, I'm the main carer so very very busy. XxX

Ah, that's fabulous, Martin, so pleased for you both. Keep up the good work all round, very hard work, but very rewarding xx

Incredible! I can't wait to one day be able to foster. What a great example you are setting for them by keeping healthy and fit.

Times looking great on that screenshot, even after the manflu kept you down! That's the nicest thing about running I think, just bring able to grab your running shoes (and steel enforced bra in my case!) and stepping outside for some down time whether that be in the day or night. You can guarantee it will lift your mood and ease worries, what else can you say that about?!

4 day old sounds scary, hope it is going OK. Maybe you'll take baby for a run soon? We are currently at the adoption vs fostering stage, exciting times! Well done you, x
