Ahhhh....

I done W2R1 on Monday. Have a head cold so didn’t run Wednesday and really want to do it this evening. So off I went and really struggled. My calves feel like they are in knots. I only managed the full 90 second run twice. Feeling a bit defeated!

Maximum points for dedication, but this should be fun, not torture.

Give yourself a break and wait until you are fully well again.

No need to feel defeated, just learn. Every run is training for the next one, so take the positives, learn from the situation and repeat the run when well.

Thanks... i was considering doing week 1 until I can find it a doddle and then take on week 2.
